1. Overview & Service Scope
Public Contracts Hub provides commercial procurement intelligence and notice aggregation for suppliers operating in the United Kingdom. We aggregate, categorize, and index public procurement notices published by UK Central Government departments, NHS Trusts, and Local Authorities under open public sector publishing standards.
2. Pro Subscriptions & Free Trial
Access to full tender specifications, direct portal links, and named procurement officer contact details requires an active Pro subscription:
- 7-Day Free Trial: Eligible new customers receive 7 calendar days of complimentary access upon registering valid payment details via Stripe.
- Recurring Billing: Unless cancelled before the trial expires, the subscription automatically renews at £29 per month (inclusive of applicable taxes).
- Device Limit: Pro accounts are restricted to concurrent access on up to 2 authorized devices to protect account integrity.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time with immediate effect using the self-service Stripe Customer Billing Portal link provided in your account header or by contacting support@publiccontractshub.co.uk.
Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of your current paid billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial monthly periods once a billing cycle has renewed.
4. Accuracy of Procurement Notices
Public Contracts Hub aggregates notices from official public sources but does not act as a contracting authority, broker, or agent. Deadlines, award criteria, specifications, and portal links are subject to change by the issuing authority. Suppliers are solely responsible for verifying submission requirements directly with the issuing contracting body.
