1. Who We Are

Public Contracts Hub operates a procurement alert and tender indexing platform for businesses across the United Kingdom. We are committed to protecting corporate and personal data in strict compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).

2. Information We Collect

• Subscriber Records: When you subscribe to Pro, we store your corporate email address, Stripe customer and subscription references, active sector preferences, and temporary session authorization tokens. Payment card numbers are processed directly and securely by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
• B2B Notice Notifications: We identify relevant UK businesses that supply goods or services matching open tender categories using publicly available commercial registries.

3. Lawful Basis & PECR Compliance

Under UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f), B2B notifications are conducted under the lawful basis of Legitimate Interests—notifying commercial enterprises of public contracts directly relevant to their registered trade.

In accordance with Regulation 22 of the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR):

• Every email includes a direct, immediate 1-click unsubscribe link.
• Requests to opt out are written to a permanent, immutable suppression table in real-time.
• Once suppressed, no further alerts, outreach, or marketing notifications are ever sent to that address.

4. Data Retention & Deletion Rights

We retain account data for the duration of your active subscription. You have the right to request a copy of the data held about your account or request immediate permanent deletion by emailing our data compliance contact at support@publiccontractshub.co.uk.
